Straumann Genuine Swiss-engineered implants
Planned on CT, placed through a guide

We see the bone before we touch it.

Your implant position is chosen on a 3D CT scan before surgery, then drilled through a 3D-printed surgical template — not freehand. Every implant is manufacturer-traceable with its warranty intact.

  • Placed by an implant specialist — nine years working in implants and well over 1,000 placed.
  • Our own 3D X-ray (CBCT), in the clinic — we see your nerve position, sinus and real bone volume before anything is touched, and your plan is ready in the same visit, usually within about 10 minutes.
  • Digital-planned — exact placement chosen before surgery.
  • Surgical guide — drilled through a 3D-printed template, not by hand.
  • Bone grafting on the same day — if your bone is thin, we graft it in the same appointment as the implant, so there's no separate surgery and no extra trip.
  • Comfortable and calm — an oral relaxant and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) alongside the local anaesthetic, for patients who feel anxious about surgery.
  • Manufacturer-traceable — every implant has a batch certificate.
  • Lifetime warranty — Straumann's standard, honored worldwide.

More implants, fewer appointments.

Planning the whole case on CBCT first means several implants can go in together instead of one at a time. Fewer surgery days means less time off work, one recovery instead of several, and — for patients flying in — fewer trips.

Case 1 — four implants in one appointment

Two lower left, one lower right, one upper right — all placed in a single visit of about two hours.

Case 2 — five implants across two appointments

Three upper and two lower, split into two surgery days — neither of them longer than two hours.

Planning a trip for implants

Know your path before you book flights.

How long an implant takes depends on your bone, not on the number of teeth. Your CBCT on day one tells us which of these three paths is yours — so you can plan flights and time off around real dates, not guesses.

Path 1

Simple

Enough bone · no grafting needed
4–6 months
2 trips · 1 surgery · osseointegration 3 m
1Collect data — photos, scan, CBCT
2w
2Treatment plan + implant placement
1–2w
3Sutures out
Heal 3 months — fly home
42nd stage
2w
5Sutures out + final impression
2w
6Temporary crown — esthetic cases only
4w
7Try-in
2w
8Final restoration
Path 2

GBR spontaneous

Thin bone · bone graft the same day
6–8 months
2 trips · 1 surgery · osseointegration 3–6 m
1Collect data — photos, scan, CBCT
2w
2Treatment plan + implant placement + bone graft, same appointment
1–2w
3Sutures out
Heal 3–6 months — fly home
42nd stage
2w
5Sutures out + final impression
2w
6Temporary crown — esthetic cases only
4w
7Try-in
2w
8Final restoration
Path 3

GBR stage approach

Very little bone · graft first, implant later
6–12 months
3 trips · 2 surgeries · osseointegration 6 m + 3–6 m
1Collect data — photos, scan, CBCT
2w
2Treatment plan + bone graft surgery (GBR)
1–2w
3Sutures out
Bone grows 6 months — fly home
4Implant placement + further grafting
2w
5Sutures out
Heal 3–6 months — fly home
6Final impression
2w
7Temporary crown — esthetic cases only
4w
8Try-in
2w
9Final restoration

Send us a recent x-ray or panoramic scan on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which path is likely, roughly how many trips it means, and what it costs — before you commit to anything. Osseointegration is the one part that can't be rushed: the bone has to hold the implant before it can carry a crown.

Nine years, one focus.

9years working in implant dentistry
1,000+implants placed to date

Implants are not a sideline here. Your case is planned, placed and finished by a dentist who does this work every week — not referred out, not handed between clinicians halfway through.

  • One dentist, start to finish — the person who plans your CT is the person who places the implant and fits the crown.
  • Volume that keeps skills sharp — more than a thousand implants placed, from single teeth to full-arch cases.
  • Straight answers first — if an implant isn't the right call for you, we'll say so at the consultation.

Can we take the tooth out and place the implant the same day?

With deep enough bone and no active infection, extraction and implant can happen in one surgery. If the bone is thin or there's infection to clear, we stage it. Our in-clinic CBCT tells us which path fits you in about ten minutes — and we'll show you honestly.
